Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 31, 2025
Thank you for subscribing to DrVirtuel. Our mission is to provide high-quality clinical training materials. This policy outlines our position on refunds for the digital content and services offered on our platform.
Please note that financial transactions processed by credit or debit card are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited or Paddle.com Inc. (collectively 'Paddle').
1. General Policy: No Refunds
Due to the immediate, irreversible nature of accessing digital content, our policy is that **all sales are final and non-refundable**. When you purchase a subscription, you gain immediate access to our comprehensive library of clinical cases and multimedia content. Once this content is made available to you, we cannot revoke access in a way that ensures the content has not been used or viewed.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds or credits for:
- Subscription fees paid by credit/debit card or other instant payment methods.
- Subscription renewal payments.
- Partial subscription periods or unused time on a subscription.
- Dissatisfaction with the content, unless a technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the service entirely.
2. Limited Exception: Manual Bank Transfers Before Account Activation
We offer a single, specific exception to our no-refund policy. This exception applies **only** to users in Morocco who choose to pay for their subscription via a manual bank transfer ("virement bancaire").
You may be eligible for a full refund under the following strict conditions:
- Your payment was made via manual bank transfer.
- You submit a refund request to us via email.
- Your refund request is received by us **before** your DrVirtuel account has been manually activated by our team.
Once your account has been activated and you have been granted access to the Service Content, your purchase becomes non-refundable, regardless of the payment method.
3. How to Request a Refund (Under the Limited Exception)
If you meet all the conditions outlined in Section 2, you may request a refund by sending an email to drvirtuel@drvirtuel.com.
Your email must include:
- The subject line: "Refund Request - Manual Payment".
- The first and last name used for registration.
- The email address associated with your DrVirtuel account.
- A copy of the bank transfer receipt as proof of payment.
We will verify whether your account has been activated. If it has not, we will process a refund to the source bank account. Please allow for standard bank processing times.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of your current subscription term. You will retain access to the Service until your current subscription period expires. You can find more details in our Terms of Service.
5. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
